AJIA Brief history

Angel John Integrated Academy, Inc. (AJIA) is just a new school. The school was established in July 2006 but it was not actually operated until June 2008 after the completion of the first phase of the building. AJIA is a brainchild of spouses Angelo C. Geronimo and Ellinor Fua-Geronimo. Ellinor Fua-Geronimo, a CPA, accounting professor at PUP and President of PUP College of Accountancy Alumni Association, Inc., decided to take up Master in Educational Management at the same school where she graduated Bachelor in Commerce major in Accountancy. While studying Master in Educational Management, she saw how noble it is to run a school. She talked her dreams of leaving a noble legacy for the country with her supportive husband. Her husband agreed. The couple started scouting for an appropriate piece of land where they can start their dream. After considering a number of good lots for sale and with the help of the Good Provider, they purchased a lot in Lalakhan, Sta. Maria, Bulacan in 2006 and started construction work for a 4 storey building with 36 huge classrooms. The couple’s children, Allen (a CPA and Bachelor of Accountancy graduate from San Beda), Adrian (a college student from De La Salle University) and Angel John (a grade school student from OB Montessori) were also very supportive. They conceptualize the school’s advertising leaflets and tarpaulin advertisements. Soon the school started its operations.
